Director
Jonny is a self confessed Sims addict and has been for the past 12 years. He is currently pursuing 3D Animation & Visual Effects and aspires to one day break into the business and carve himself a fully fledged career. His other hobbies and interests also include gadgetry, technology, television, movies, video games and many others.
The idea for Alone originally came to mind in January 2008, which back then, could only be created using The Sims 2. Four episodes were made and viewing figures only reached around 400 each episode. Luckily, with a bit of research and some elbow grease, Jonny decided to try his hand at movie making with the brand new sequel, The Sims 3. With a superior graphics engine and animation, the game was perfect for the story he had in mind, so it wasn't long before his idea came to life. Although starting off rocky with about 500 views, the pilot episode was soon noticed by the creators of the game itself, EA. The Official The Sims YouTube Channel took interest in the series and provided much appreciated fandom. Thanks to them, each new episode is now receiving over 5,000+ views each, with the pilot episode almost at 53,000 since April 2011. This success has launched the whole series into the sky and has given Jonny the boost he needed to stay dedicated to such an ambitious project. With amazing voice actors on board, the series has no signs of slowing down. None of this could have happened if it weren't for them. A big thank you to all who are involved with "Alone".
